Once your BMW is connected to the internet via your vehicle’s SIM card, you’ll be able to download and install the latest upgrade packages hassle-free.
Receive automatic notifications whenever an upgrade is available in both your My BMW app and your vehicle.
With Remote Software Upgrade, you receive free quality improvements over-the-air. You could also receive new functions or functional improvements free of charge, if and when available, depending on the country, vehicle model, equipment and vehicle condition.

eCall.

If an accident sets off a trigger like airbags or belt tensioners, an emergency call is activated automatically. The emergency call can also be triggered manually via the SOS button in the vehicle if, for example, you need to assist other road users. Please check with your dealer for more information.
